CHECK-IN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Checking in Conditions
On check in we will require a credit card imprint. If you are settling your account by cash or eft, we will require the full amount of accommodation paid on check in. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Cheques are not an accepted payment during your stay. You must show a photo ID and the credit card used for the booking upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be the same as the guest’s name on the booking confirmation.
You may cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the cost of the first night if you cancel within 2 days before arrival.
Check in time is 2pm. In the event you will be arriving after 7pm on the day of arrival, please contact Reception on 1300 955 549 to obtain after hours instructions. Check out time is 10am. Late checkouts are subject to availability.
Please note, our resort is Non Smoking. Please refrain from smoking in your room, outside of your room or in the public areas of the resort. For your security, please remember to secure your room at all times. Lock your doors and keep valuables out of sight.
Please be assured that your comfort and satisfaction are most important to us. Should you require any assistance to make your stay with us more pleasant and enjoyable, please do not hesitate to contact any of our staff by pressing extension 9 on your telephone. Reception hours are 7am to 7pm daily, if you require emergency assistance outside these hours please call 0439 026 797. We ask that you to keep your key-card on you at all times so you are able to gain access to your room.
