CHECK IN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Check in Conditions
On check in we will require valid photo ID and a credit card for security purposes. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest’s name on the booking confirmation.
If you are settling your account by cash or eft, we will require the full amount of accommodation paid on check in. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Cheques are not an accepted payment during your stay.
You may cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. Beyond this time, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
Check in time is 3pm. Early check in is subject to availability and up to managements discretion.
In the event you will be arriving after office hours on the day of arrival, please contact Reception on 08 7918 7885 to obtain after hours instructions. Check out time is 10am. Late Checkouts after 11am will incur a fee and are subject to availability.
Reception Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday 9:00am – 4:00pm
Please note, our resort is Non-Smoking. Please refrain from smoking in your room, outside of your room or in the public areas of the resort. A fine will be incurred to cover cleaning, wilful damage or room degradation.
For your security, please remember to secure your room at all times. Lock and bolt your doors and keep valuables out of sight. Unfortunately, no responsibility will be taken for any loss or damage to your property.
